9+ years of experience in security engineering or related fields. Proven project leadership skills with the ability to turn vague problems into structured plans. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external partners. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Security.

The salary range for this role is $199,000 - $249,000 (base salary) plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Starting pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
