Semi Senior Software Engineer

Design and implement scalable backend services that support campaign orchestration, segmentation, experimentation, and personalization. Build APIs and internal services consumed by marketing tools, data pipelines, and customer-oriented platforms. Collaborate with Data Engineering to design event schemas and data flows that drive analytics and attribution.

6+ years of experience in backend engineering building production systems. Strong experience in Go and its ecosystem. Solid experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis). Experience designing microservices and RESTful APIs.

The position is remote with availability for occasional visits to the office. Candidates should be open to in-person meetings that help accelerate decisions, such as workshops and technical definitions.
