Analista de Planeación Financiera y Análisis (FP&A)

Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing cycles. Conduct variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Support the development of financial models and scenario analysis.

1 to 4 years of experience in financial planning, financial analysis, or similar roles. Professional degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Desirable experience with BI tools (Power BI), Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
