What You'll Do
Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates. Communicate policies to Associates and maintain compliance, consistency, and corrective action when needed. Support all safety programs and ensure a safe work environment for all Associates. Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 1+ years of team leadership experience. 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma.
