Core Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong, long-term relationships. Manage renewals and support account retention in partnership with Customer Success.

Requirements

For Associate Account Manager, 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is required. For Account Manager, 3+ years of experience in account management or a related role in a SaaS environment is necessary.
