Core Responsibilities

The analyst will be responsible for managing the entire payroll and salary payment process for the company, including the payment and management of associated benefits and legal/social payments. Key tasks include managing the full monthly payroll cycle, executing commission calculations, supervising accounting centralizations, and handling employee termination processes.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Technical degree in Human Resources or a degree in Business Administration, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in similar roles. Required knowledge includes labor law, remuneration, basic accounting, ERP systems (Rex, Expert), intermediate Excel, and basic English.
