Simulate and plan scenarios to anticipate bottlenecks and support strategic operational decision-making. Design, train, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to enhance short-term planning. Develop dashboards and tools in Looker to simplify planning visibility for both technical and non-technical teams.

Proficiency in Python and solid knowledge of SQL, databases, and BI tools like Looker. Experience in designing machine learning models and optimizing data pipelines. Background in Capacity & Demand Planning, translation of forecasts, and understanding of S&OP or planning in distribution centers. Strong networking and stakeholder management skills, effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and problem-solving orientation.
