Perfil Nivel 1 (N1) - Soporte Operativo / Mesa de Ayuda Técnica

Perform basic Linux operations using the console, including directory navigation and log review. Execute predefined commands for operational validations and handle incidents through a ticketing tool. Monitor services and applications, validate operational flows after changes, and communicate effectively with end users and technical areas.

Basic knowledge of Linux and SQL, with experience in technical support or help desk roles preferred. Ability to execute basic functional tests and follow documented test cases. Must be available to work under metrics and SLA compliance.
