Manage intermediate Linux via console for diagnosis and support. Analyze logs and execute commands to identify failures. Validate information directly in databases and execute functional and regression tests. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.

2-4 years of experience in application support, production, or specialized help desk. Intermediate knowledge of Linux and SQL, including basic joins and simple subqueries. Ability to document technical procedures and support processes.
