Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field is required, along with certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Cisco CCNA. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and knowledge of networks, telecommunications, and technical support for both Apple and Microsoft systems.
