Ocean Customer Service Agent

Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Department. Manage vendor relations and adhere to procedure and productivity standards. Handle accurate and timely billing and escalate problems to management when necessary.

Bachelor's degree preferred. 6 months experience in Ocean Import. Effective interpersonal skills and good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and fluency in English.
