Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator

Evaluate and manage all on-premises Microsoft infrastructure services, including Active Directory and DNS. Manage hybrid identity across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including directory synchronization and multi-factor authentication. Administer Microsoft 365 through the admin center, including subscription and license allocation. Ensure server and data backups are configured and monitored, and support disaster recovery testing for critical systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering. Microsoft role-based certifications such as Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or Azure Administrator Associate are preferred. Strong experience with enterprise Linux distributions and Unix platforms is key.
