Human Resource Business Partner-Group

Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and operational priorities. Facilitate talent review, succession planning, and workforce planning discussions with business leaders. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor legislation.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years' experience in Human Resources, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role. Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, multi-country environment.
