Core Responsibilities

The Behavior Aide collaborates with teachers to provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students in small group settings. They are responsible for implementing de-escalation techniques, tracking student progress, and maintaining a safe learning environment.

Requirements

A high school diploma is required, while college experience or a bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Previous experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting is also preferred.
