Senior Software Engineer

Design and implement high-availability backend services in Go and Java that collect, process, and expose real-time metrics of the search system. Build and maintain data pipelines in Google Cloud that transform search events into actionable signals. Develop internal tools for teams to analyze and experiment with search behavior, reducing diagnostic time during critical incidents.

Experience in backend development with Go and/or Java in high-traffic production systems. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and/or Bigtable. Knowledge of distributed observability concepts including metrics, traces, and structured logs in production.
