Regional Security Manager, Americas

Own regional physical-security operations for the Americas, including security governance, escalations, incident response, service delivery, and performance reporting. Partner with teams such as Workplace, People, IT, Events, and external providers to deliver a scalable security program. Conduct annual site-security assessments and risk reviews for company sites and relevant vendor sites to evaluate and improve controls.

8+ years of progressively responsible physical-security or closely related risk-management experience supporting a multinational organization. Demonstrated experience designing, operating, and measuring risk-based physical-security programs across multiple sites. Strong program and project-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% of time spent in one of our AMER office locations in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, or Chicago. We are not entertaining remote candidates at this time.
