Serve as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security. Troubleshoot complex messaging and identity-related issues through telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis. Create remediation plans based on technical findings and business impact. Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, and service lifecycle management.
What We're Looking For
10-15 years of experience in messaging, Microsoft infrastructure, or related technologies. Advanced English communication skills. Hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, Mail Flow, SMTP, DNS, Identity Access Management (IAM), PowerShell, and Security Administration.
