Monitor key metrics to achieve expected results, including operational effectiveness and timely execution of processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Process entries accurately and on time, ensuring proper billing and documentation for clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mexican Customs or Foreign Trade or equivalent education and experience. Experience in Mexican customs brokerage preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs, including Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in English (60%) and Spanish.
