Analista Pleno de Manutenção - Mercado Envios

Participate in maintenance team meetings to align daily activities and set priorities. Provide technical support to the maintenance team for corrective and preventive activities, ensuring quality and avoiding rework. Investigate equipment failures to identify root causes and propose solutions. Manage emergency requests to ensure quick resolution of issues.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. Professional experience in industries or logistics companies. Knowledge of maintenance software and office tools, including data analysis. Experience in total productive maintenance and project planning is a plus.
