The Enumerator is responsible for the direct collection of field information by applying Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) methodologies and other data collection instruments defined by IOM, ensuring data quality and consistency. This role requires strictly adhering to IOM operational manuals and guidelines while maintaining respectful and professional treatment of migrants.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Degree or Vocational Technical Baccalaureate and a minimum of two years of proven experience in similar processes, including knowledge of the national territory. Required competencies include proficiency in interviewing techniques, basic survey collection knowledge, basic mobile device handling, good spelling/grammar, and flexibility for varied schedules.
