The Director will be responsible for comprehensively leading and coordinating the Master's program in Finance/Economics, ensuring its academic quality, relevance to the financial environment, and sustainability in alignment with institutional strategy. Key functions include directing the program, supervising faculty, supporting student academic development, managing financial sustainability, and strengthening ties with the financial and economic sectors.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or related fields, along with a minimum of 5 years of university teaching experience. Professional experience in the financial, banking, investment, or economic analysis sectors is also required, and prior experience in academic coordination or postgraduate program management is desirable.
