Analyze business processes and document AS-IS and TO-BE workflows for CRM initiatives. Gather functional requirements and user stories while supporting functional testing and Agile delivery activities.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business and over 2 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst. Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales or Service Cloud) and proficiency in Agile methodologies and documentation tools.
