What You'll Do
Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Prioritize the backlog based on data, business impact, and technical feasibility. Analyze product performance metrics to guide decisions and conduct discovery with users and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in financial products, credit, collections, or debt recovery. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (SQL, BI dashboards). Mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
