Creative AI Pipeline Engineer
MonksWhat You'll Do
Own the end-to-end architecture of AI generation pipelines, including quality control gates and human review checkpoints. Define technical quality standards alongside Creative Directors and provide final technical sign-off on AI-generated deliverables. Design scalable AI workflows that integrate into Monks' global production ecosystem. Mentor Junior and Mid-level Creative Technologists, helping elevate technical capabilities across the AI Production team.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in production, creative technology, or technical production environments. At least 2 years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions in production environments. Strong knowledge of open-source AI models, particularly Google Models. Proven experience delivering client-facing projects for enterprise or global brands.
