Performance KAM Analyst

Act as a key contact for partners to improve service quality and user experience. Analyze operational data to identify deviations and communicate findings through reports. Design and implement internal and cross-functional projects to enhance partner performance.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economic Sciences, or related fields. At least one year of experience in client management and operational analysis with large data sets. Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and SQL (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
