The analyst will maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards, support recurring reporting processes, and respond to ad-hoc workforce analysis requests. Responsibilities also include running data quality checks, partnering on data audits, and supporting employee listening programs.
Requirements
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or social science field, or 2-4 years of equivalent experience, along with proficiency in Tableau and solid SQL skills. Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or scripting languages like Python/R is a plus.
