Core Responsibilities

Lead work meetings to define solutions based on business requirements. Provide support in resolving daily incidents and issues through functional and technical troubleshooting. Act as the focal point between users and consulting when necessary. Implement continuous improvements and innovations in SAP systems.

Requirements

Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). Knowledge in Data Models, Foundation Objects, Workflows, and Business Rules. Experience in incident support and problem resolution. Desirable experience with implementation and knowledge of HR processes.
