Core Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for providing direct, in-person supervision to sales representatives, conducting market research within their assigned territory, and managing the performance and control of their subordinates. Key activities also include strategic planning, leading group and individual training sessions for the sales team, supervising routes in the field, and ensuring execution at the point of sale.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience in channel sales, demonstrating a strong aptitude for sales and embracing challenges. Essential requirements include schedule availability, basic to intermediate English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and advanced proficiency in Excel/PBI.
