VisaCore Responsibilities
This role involves proactively engaging with Visa Clients to deliver, implement, and execute projects and solutions for issuers, acquirers, and merchants across the Central America & Caribbean region. The Senior Manager will support the design, implementation, and execution of business initiatives, shaping delivery frameworks and leading end-to-end implementation of various client programs and solutions.
Requirements
Candidates need 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience with advanced degrees) in quantitative fields, plus 5+ years in financial services, payments, or consulting. Required competencies include a technological driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills focused on ROI, understanding of card/payment P&L, and experience executing digital transformation projects.
