Core Responsibilities

The coordinator will be responsible for creating, administering, and updating salary structures, executing internal equity and external competitiveness analyses, and coordinating annual processes for salary reviews and performance bonuses. This role also involves managing benefits programs, monitoring compensation KPIs, and ensuring compliance with compensation policies.

Requirements

Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally within fintech, banking, or technology sectors, with proven experience in data analysis and market surveys. A Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, Industrial Engineering, or Finance is required, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of HRIS/ATS platforms.
