Coordinate the team and their tasks, assigning resources according to priorities and maximizing productivity. Ensure the correct operation of the store during the shift, maintaining high quality standards in accordance with company processes and policies. Support the store manager in the fulfillment of administrative processes of the market, including inventory management and human resources.
What We're Looking For
Experience leading work teams. Availability to work within the time frame of 4 PM to 12 AM with a rotating day off. Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
