Promote and drive individual mortgage products and institutional services to clients. Monitor the correct reception and integration of individual credit files in accordance with institutional norms and policies. Ensure the proper origination of credits to guarantee quality service. Follow up on strategies for current client attention, scheduling visits to sales managers of developments to establish commercial alliances.

Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in the mortgage area. Proven track record of meeting commercial goals and objectives. Knowledge of mortgage banking products, credit types, interest rates, and applicable regulations.
