Key duties include using sourcing platforms, conducting initial interviews, managing records in the ATS, and partnering with People Operations to refine sourcing strategies.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over four years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting, with a proven ability in sourcing and screening across multiple roles. Essential qualifications include fluency in English, strong organizational skills, tech-savviness, and the ability to consistently work EST hours.
