What You'll Do
Coordinate the operation of the Reporting Desk to ensure the registration, diagnosis, prioritization, channeling, follow-up, and timely closure of incidents related to security systems. Manage the team of analysts, providing operational guidance and ensuring the correct application of attention criteria. Oversee compliance with internal and contractual service levels, identifying risks and deviations that require escalation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. 2 to 3 years of experience in coordination or management of operations, service desks, maintenance, technical support, incident management, or supplier administration. Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of CCTV, alarms, access control, and electronic security systems.
