Develop and maintain applications, automations, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, ensuring data consistency and error handling. Analyze incidents and integration failures, identifying root causes and leading corrections.
What We're Looking For
Practical experience with ServiceNow development, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts. Knowledge of ITSM modules, especially Incident, Request, Change, and Problem. Experience with Flow Designer and REST APIs.
