Core Responsibilities

This role involves functional analysis, leading the gathering of technical and functional requirements, modeling as-is/to-be processes, and proposing scalable improvements. Additionally, the analyst will identify automation opportunities using Power Platform/RPA, design innovation pilots, and manage multidisciplinary projects while implementing PMO standards.

Requirements

Candidates should be semi-senior or senior level with 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Innovation, or PM/PMO, including managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Required technical knowledge includes RPA/Power Platform, BPMN for process modeling, functional analysis experience, SQL, Power BI, and basic knowledge of integrations/APIs.
