Lead, develop, and empower operational Compliance teams to achieve KPIs. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to Bacen, CVM, Coaf, and other applicable regulations. Produce and present executive reports and data analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in Compliance, AML, KYC, or related areas. Knowledge of Brazilian financial legislation and regulations, including Bacen, CVM, Coaf, and Law No. 9.613/1998. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and consolidation.
