Manage and optimize the allocation of firm resources through the analysis and monitoring of Staffing & Deployment processes. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational compliance and provide analytical support for managerial decision-making.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or International Business. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in administrative or planning support roles, with advanced proficiency in Excel and English (B2 level).
