Record to Report Specialist - TAX / Impuestos

Supervise daily team activities and manage the development and performance of the transactional team to ensure efficient processing. Establish strong relationships with local and external teams to support business processes. Continuously review operations to identify opportunities for standardization and automation of processes.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields. Over 4 years of experience leading teams, with solid knowledge of tax processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong analytical skills and ability to design innovative solutions.
