Lead the design, implementation, and stabilization of a reusable tool for mass pull request generation. Define the architecture, quality standards, and adoption strategy for the tool. Guide the squad technically, enhancing design quality and implementation practices, and conduct mentoring and code reviews.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in software development and design of high-scale internal platforms or tools. Practical experience building solutions with generative AI, LLMs, and API integrations. Advanced knowledge in Java, Go, Python, and/or Node.js, with experience in designing APIs and distributed services.
