Manage the daily operational routine of the team of assistants, ensuring shift coverage, prioritization, and SLA compliance. Develop the team through continuous feedback, career development plans, and coaching. Monitor and report routing indicators, first-mile SLAs, and planned versus actual capacity. Gather feedback from operations and propose new features for routing tools and algorithms to enhance efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. Previous experience in routing routines, capacity planning, and/or route programming is a plus. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets/Presentations/Documents), data manipulation, and visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
