Prospect new associates through calls, messages, and community interactions. Conduct business processes including account openings and credit operations. Organize a proactive commercial agenda for contacts and visits. Manage credit recovery and collections for overdue operations.

Higher education degree completed or in progress. Professional experience in customer service, sales, and product negotiations. Valid driver's license (CNH B). Desired certification in ANBIMA CPA and knowledge of financial products.
