Maintaining consistent and high-level execution of daily tasks related to payment processing. Supporting your team by reaching your role set SLAs and KPIs. Detecting and escalating domain-related problems and complex issues to Regional Payment Operations teams.

Fluent/Advanced English skills. Located in São Paulo, Brazil. Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution. Comfortable with a shift rotation schedule, including occasional weekend and holiday coverage.
