Finance Controller - LATAM

The Financial Controller will own accurate and timely financial reporting across the LATAM region, leading the close process and ensuring strong balance sheet integrity across multiple entities. This role also involves acting as the primary finance partner to regional leadership, translating performance into commercial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with postgraduate qualifications and a CPA or equivalent certification being highly desirable. A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management or senior accounting roles, strong technical knowledge of IFRS, and advanced English proficiency are required.
