POSITION: Supply Operations Manager
Location: Remote (Latin America Preferred) | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) | Compensation: 3500 - 4500 USD/month + Performance Bonus | Independent contractor position
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or procurement.
• Strong experience with inventory forecasting and demand planning.
• Experience managing international suppliers and purchase order processes.
• Knowledge of trade finance, import operations, or international logistics.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Located in Latin America.
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience supporting consumer products or eCommerce businesses.
• ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience with inventory planning software.
• Background in financial analysis or supply chain finance.
• Process improvement or continuous improvement experience.
