Banamex Coordinador de Ventas Afore

Manage a team of sales advisors in the AFORE commercial area. Negotiate and execute strategies with internal business partners and external clients. Ensure compliance with sales targets and regulatory requirements. Develop, train, and accompany the sales force.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of experience in sales team management is essential. 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial products. Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel and PowerPoint).
