Core Responsibilities

Monitor daily maintenance requests, ensuring quick resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLA). Manage and oversee facilities suppliers, particularly cleaning services, to ensure quality and performance. Develop and analyze maintenance indicators such as average response time and costs per store. Track utility consumption (water and energy) in stores, identifying efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities. Proactively identify process improvements in maintenance and facilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. Experience in large-scale operations (retail or multi-unit networks preferred). Familiarity with indicators, data, and strategic reporting. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Experience in decentralized operations with a high volume of stores.
