Core Responsibilities

This senior leadership role is accountable for managing post-sale and operational relationships with clients in the Chile Southern Cone LAC region, driving client success outcomes through leading a team responsible for service delivery, onboarding, and product adoption. The Director must define and deploy client service strategies, ensuring client operational goals and success metrics are understood and achieved while leading a high-performing team.

Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate expertise in payment systems, including authorization, clearing, connectivity, and settlement services, alongside proven ability to strategically solve complex global cross-functional issues using critical thinking. Required expertise also includes leading technical/professional services teams and applying AI concepts to create client value.
