Especialista de Desempeño Social y Monitoreo

Advise, manage, monitor, and analyze social performance, ensuring the collection and analysis of information to evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of processes. Design and implement monitoring and evaluation systems related to corporate social standards. Conduct field visits for monitoring and verification, producing technical reports and proposals for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, Social Communication, Social Work, Law, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining or related sectors with similar functions. Knowledge in Community Relations, Conflict Management, Indigenous Peoples, and Cultural Heritage.

The position is based in Moquegua, Peru, with a 5x2 work schedule. It is a permanent contract.
