The specialist will support all inbound departments, including Upsell Sales and Web Sales, by collecting and processing sales orders via web, phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities also include assisting Customer Care with overflow calls and following up with customers regarding orders or service issues.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (including English and Math passes) and be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute, with familiarity with MS Office applications. The role requires high motivation to achieve earning potential and the ability to execute effectively against targets.
